Attention Fleet Operators!
We service all makes and models! Ford and GMC, from pickup trucks up to heavy duty, over-the-road trucks. If you are a fleet maintenance supervisor with multiple exhaust service issues on Ford and GMC small to mid-size trucks, we have a service for the sealed DPF Canister. This service will give your fleet the ability to perform at its best, with longer run time and less down time! Future DPF issues will be able to be addressed with just a simple removal of the DPF itself, without the removal of the complete canister. This simple modification, will save time and service cost.  The DPF will be completely cleaned and certified to meet manufactures specifications.
Don’t buy any more Complete DPF Filters, and stop replacing the sensors for a temporary “fix”.
Call us today, lets see if we can Re-Certify your existing set up first. If we need to then we can replace your set up.

Pickup and light duty truck owners: Clean DPF Exhaust can provide Regeneration Service, with complete EGR and DPF Cleaning service. This includes all buses, pickup trucks, airport shuttle buses, ambulance, light and medium duty trucks, and all makes and models of fire trucks.
Have your maintenance department  check the DPF and EGR System on a regular basis. This will help the vehicle to perform at its best and also help maximize the fuel efficiency.
The newer off-road, heavy duty generators and other heavy equipment are now equipped with Tier 4 engines, some which require the DEF Exhaust Fluid. This means that at some point the DPF will need maintenance. The Isuzu engines and others don’t use the exhaust fluid but still have the DPF filter. This is still part of the maintenance program and will cause issues from time to time.
Fire trucks, ambulances, airport shuttle, shuttle buses, Greyhound buses and school buses are all examples of short run cycle vehicles – lots of idle time and slow speeds. This all adds up to high maintenance cycles for the EGR and DPF Exhaust System. Fleet vehicles like the Ford Trucks F-250 and F-350 also see a lot of idle time. When the Exhaust system sensor lights come on, don’t delete the DPF or let the repair guys tell you to buy a new DPF, which will cost $2,500 plus! Just call Clean DPF Exhaust!
Ford F-250, Ford F-350 are especially prone to frequent DPF Sensor Alarms. Don’t just replace the sensors; get the DPF and EGR completely cleaned and certified. This will give you, the truck owner, or fleet maintenance department a normal service schedule, and that will result in a savings in reduced down time and increased productivity from the truck.
It takes just one call! We can offer same-day pickup in most cases,
and we can complete Re-gen Service in 24 to 48 hrs.

Why is regular DPF maintenance and inspection important?
The DPF can be permanently damaged by engine failure which causes excessive oil to be passed into the exhaust system. This can be caused by many things such as turbo failure, oil seals, gaskets, and internal engine failure. Also, a diesel engine which burns too much oil or fuel for any reason can cause a DPF failure. A failed DPF can be evaluated and a final determination can be made once the DPF has been removed and sent to be inspected and the cleaning process has been performed.
If the DPF does not pass the inspection and cleaning process, it is then considered to be "failed” and in need of replacement. The “Re-gen Process” is the only cleaning process, which is performed in the vehicle, as an ongoing automated maintenance process. This process does not cause any wear or damage to the exhaust system components.
When the "Re-gen Cleaning Process” is complete, the DPF and related components are ready for placement back in-service. When the automated "Re-gen Cycle” fails to remove the soot and ash from the exhaust system, an on-dash sensor light will be displayed, then it is time to contact your authorized repair facility. The repair facility will inspect and remove, if necessary, the exhaust components and properly clean and service them.
Proper scheduled maintenance will help the vehicle perform at its peak throughout its expected life. Remember, poor maintenance of the exhaust system can result in poor over-the-road mileage and sluggish performance due to decreased horsepower.
